At Baydon Marketing Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality business consultations, digital marketing consultations, and business mentorship programs. We understand that occasionally our clients may need to request a refund.

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and concise to ensure that you are aware of your rights and our obligations.

Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services:

  1. Business Consultations and Digital Marketing Consultations

• All sales for business consultations and digital marketing consultations are final.
• Due to the nature of these services, we cannot issue any refunds for business consultations and digital marketing consultations once they have been provided.

  1. Business Mentorship Program (One-on-One: 8 Lectures, Once Weekly)

• A refund for the business mentorship program is only available after the first session of the program.
• If you are not satisfied with the first session, you must request a refund within 24 hours after the session ends.

To request a refund for the business mentorship program, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team via email at info@mohamedbaydon.online within 24 hours after the first session. • Include your full name, email address, the date of the first session, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request. • Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with the outcome of your refund request.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued for any sessions beyond the first session of the business mentorship program. • Failure to request a refund within the 24-hour window will result in forfeiture of your eligibility for a refund.
